Sometimes the best way to solve a problem is to dive in headfirst and see how teaching occurs in real time. One on one observations allow me an opportunity to see you at work in YOUR classroom with YOUR students. Everyone's circumstances and resources are different, and I understand that all of that matters when making teaching decisions.
Observations can occur for a specific class, for a full day, or for a full week. Each session involves specific and directed feedback, collaborative problem solving, brainstorming, and regularly scheduled follow ups with teachers AND administration.
